No! Guests just scan the QR code and they're in. No app download, no account creation, no friction. It works on any smartphone browser.

What's the difference between Free, Standard, and Premium?

Standard ($29): Unlimited active events, 25 guest cameras · 24 shots each, custom prompts, delayed development mode, custom URL slug

Premium ($79): Everything in Standard plus 75 guest cameras · 36 shots each and sponsor logo placement

What is 'Delayed Development' mode?

Delayed Development is like real film photography — photos stay hidden until a reveal time you set. Perfect for weddings, proposals, or surprise parties. Guests can take photos all night, but nobody sees them until the big reveal moment.

Yes! Standard and Premium packages let you create custom photo prompts and challenges to encourage guests to capture specific moments. Free package includes basic default prompts.

How do guests access the gallery?

Guests can access the gallery by scanning the QR code or visiting the event URL. They can view all photos, vote with badges (Best Candid, Dance MVP, etc.), and see the award rankings.

Can I display photos during the event?

Yes! Use Display Mode to show a live slideshow on any TV or projector. Just open the Display URL on a device connected to a screen, and photos will automatically appear as they're uploaded.

Who owns the photos?

You and your guests own the photos. We don't claim any ownership rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display the photos solely for providing the service. You can download all photos at any time.

How long are photos stored?

Photos are stored as long as your event remains active. You can delete events and their photos at any time through your admin dashboard. We recommend downloading your photos within 90 days after your event.

Can I print the photos?

Yes! You can download all photos in high resolution and print them wherever you like. Print-ready exports are coming soon as a Premium feature.

How many guests can join one event?

Each plan has a guest capacity: 10 for Free, 25 for Standard, and 75 for Premium. Each guest gets a set number of shots (10 for Free, 24 for Standard, 36 for Premium). Returning guests can always rejoin their roll even if it's full.
